Viral Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls

These Viral Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls are a fast, healthier twist on the classic, made with cream cheese, cinnamon, and a light icing crisp outside, gooey inside, and ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese low-fat or full-fat
  • 1 ½ tablespoons granular sweetener erythritol, coconut sugar, or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or preferred yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon granular sweetener for icing
  • 1 teaspoon milk if needed, for icing consistency

Instructions
 

  • Mix sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Evenly spread cream cheese over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top and press gently.
  • Slice each tortilla into strips, stack, and roll into spirals.
  • Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 8 minutes or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk Greek yogurt and sweetener; thin with milk if needed.
  • Drizzle icing over warm rolls and enjoy.
