Viral Chinese Crispy Fried Potato Balls

These Fried Potato Balls are the perfect snack—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 potatoes boiled and drained
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Cooking oil spray
  • Chinese chili powder for sprinkling
  • Dried parsley flakes for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Mash boiled potatoes with a fork, mixing in salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  • Form the mixture into small balls using your hands, lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
  • Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes or deep fry until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with Chinese chili powder and dried parsley flakes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
