Viral Chinese Crispy Fried Potato Balls
These Fried Potato Balls are the perfect snack—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.
- 3 potatoes boiled and drained
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Cooking oil spray
- Chinese chili powder for sprinkling
- Dried parsley flakes for sprinkling
Mash boiled potatoes with a fork, mixing in salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Form the mixture into small balls using your hands, lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes or deep fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle with Chinese chili powder and dried parsley flakes.
