Ultimate Shrimp Grilled Cheese With Garlic Bread

This shrimp grilled cheese is made with juicy shrimp, melty cheese, and crispy garlic butter bread. It’s quick to make, super tasty, and perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices thick-cut bread like sourdough or rustic Italian
  • ½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Sauté garlic in 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes. Set aside.
  • Mix remaining melted butter with garlic. Brush one side of each bread slice with the garlic butter.
  • Layer half the cheese on two unbuttered sides of bread. Add shrimp and remaining cheese. Top with other slices, buttered side out.
  • Heat a skillet over medium. Grill sandwiches 4–5 minutes per side until golden and melty.
  • Let rest briefly, slice, and garnish with parsley. Serve with chips or salad.
