  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups stuffing
  • cups shredded turkey
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Panko breadcrumbs optional
  • Butter or oil for frying optional
  • Gravy for serving

Instructions
 

  • Bring ingredients to room temperature and moisten stuffing if needed.
  • Mix mashed potatoes, stuffing, and shredded turkey; season with pepper and form into 12 balls.
  • Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes or fry in a skillet until golden.
  • Serve warm with gravy, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
