Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a loaf pan. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, cool, then crumble.
In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, turkey bacon, cheddar, onion, pickles, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and place in the pan or on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread extra ketchup and mustard on top if desired.
Bake for 55–60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
