Tuna Salad

This refreshing mix of cucumber, avocado, and tuna is packed with flavor and takes just minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber cubed
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tuna in oil drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the cucumber, avocado, red onion, and parsley to a bowl.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the ingredients until combined.
  • Add the drained tuna, gently toss again, and serve immediately.
