Tuna Salad
This refreshing mix of cucumber, avocado, and tuna is packed with flavor and takes just minutes to prepare.
- 1 cucumber cubed
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can tuna in oil drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add the cucumber, avocado, red onion, and parsley to a bowl.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the ingredients until combined.
Add the drained tuna, gently toss again, and serve immediately.
