Tropical Galaxy Mocktail
A visually stunning, layered tropical mocktail featuring pineapple juice, creamy coconut, and vibrant blue curaçao syrup, finished with a shimmering edible glitter garnish.
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Edible glitter optional, for a cosmic effect
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour half of the blend into a tall glass, filling it halfway.
Add blue curaçao syrup to the remaining mixture. Blend briefly to combine.
Slowly pour the blue mix over the back of a spoon onto the first layer to keep layers distinct.
Sprinkle edible glitter on top for a sparkling effect (optional).
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw immediately.
