Texas Toast Air Fryer Pizza
Texas Toast Air Fryer Pizza is a quick, cheesy, and ultra-satisfying meal or snack made with buttery garlic bread, melty mozzarella, and crispy mini pepperoni—all cooked to perfection in an air fryer in under 10 minutes.
- 8 slices frozen garlic Texas toast do not thaw
- ½ cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- About 80 mini pepperoni slices roughly 10 per toast
- Optional: sliced mushrooms olives, bell peppers, leftover chicken
- Optional seasonings: dried oregano chili flakes, Italian seasoning
- Optional garnish: grated Parmesan crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat to 360°F (182°C) for even cooking and crispy edges.
Air fry 4 slices of frozen Texas toast for 3 minutes until slightly crispy on top.
Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, and add mini pepperoni (or other toppings). Don’t overload.
Lower heat to 300°F (149°C) and cook for 3 minutes to melt cheese. Then increase to 400°F (204°C) and cook for 2 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Repeat with remaining slices. Serve hot, with or without a side or dip.
