- 2 cups diced fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water if needed
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cook peaches with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
