Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken
Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken is a simple, flavorful slow cooker dish with chicken, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce. It’s tender, juicy, and ideal for busy nights or relaxed weekends.
- 2 lbs chicken tenderloin chunks
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces for even cooking and better flavor absorption.
Add chicken, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce to the Crockpot. Stir gently to coat.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
For thicker sauce, uncover for the last 30 minutes to reduce liquid, or stir in a cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Stir gently and serve warm with the sweet, sticky sauce.
