Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken is a simple, flavorful slow cooker dish with chicken, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce. It’s tender, juicy, and ideal for busy nights or relaxed weekends.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenderloin chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup soy sauce

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces for even cooking and better flavor absorption.
  • Add chicken, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce to the Crockpot. Stir gently to coat.
  • Cook on low for 6–8 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  • For thicker sauce, uncover for the last 30 minutes to reduce liquid, or stir in a cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
  • Stir gently and serve warm with the sweet, sticky sauce.
