- 1½ lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Whisk soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl until smooth. Set aside.
