Sweet and Spicy Sticky Chicken features tender chicken thighs coated in a savory-sweet glaze made from honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. It's an easy, flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, stir to coat, and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned over the top once the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened to a sticky consistency.
