Sweet And Savory Hoisin Beef, Shrimp, And Veggies
A balanced stir‑fry of tender hoisin‑marinated beef, juicy shrimp, crisp bell pepper, and broccoli—quick, nutritious, and full of sweet and savory flavor.
- 450  g beef sirloin thinly sliced
 - 225  g peeled and deveined shrimp
 - 30  ml hoisin sauce
 - 15  ml soy sauce
 - 15  ml rice vinegar
 - 15  ml toasted sesame oil
 - 1 red bell pepper sliced
 - 150  g broccoli florets
 - 30  ml vegetable oil
 - 2 garlic cloves minced
 
 
Stir together hoisin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Coat sliced beef and shrimp in the sauce. Chill for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet. Cook minced garlic for 1 minute.
Add marinated beef and shrimp. Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until done.
Add red bell pepper and broccoli. Cook 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Pour in leftover marinade. Stir 2 minutes until glossy and hot.
Plate over rice or noodles and enjoy warm.
