Sweet And Savory Hoisin Beef, Shrimp, And Veggies

A balanced stir‑fry of tender hoisin‑marinated beef, juicy shrimp, crisp bell pepper, and broccoli—quick, nutritious, and full of sweet and savory flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 450  g beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 225  g peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 30  ml hoisin sauce
  • 15  ml soy sauce
  • 15  ml rice vinegar
  • 15  ml toasted sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 150  g broccoli florets
  • 30  ml vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Stir together hoisin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • Coat sliced beef and shrimp in the sauce. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Cook minced garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add marinated beef and shrimp. Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until done.
  • Add red bell pepper and broccoli. Cook 3–4 minutes until just tender.
  • Pour in leftover marinade. Stir 2 minutes until glossy and hot.
  • Plate over rice or noodles and enjoy warm.
