- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until evenly blended.
- Lay out the chicken tenders and sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously on both sides, pressing lightly so it adheres.
- Wrap each seasoned chicken tender with one slice of bacon. Secure the ends with toothpicks to prevent unraveling while baking.
- Place the bacon-wrapped tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly. Drizzle the olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. The bacon should be golden and crisp, and the chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush a thin layer of honey over the tenders. Return to oven for final caramelization.
- Let the chicken tenders rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to settle. Remove toothpicks and enjoy warm.
