Preheat your oven to 350°f (175°c).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Form small meatballs.
Brown meatballs in the skillet, then pour in broth, cream, and flour mixture. Simmer until thickened.
In a baking dish, combine noodles and meatballs. Top with mozzarella, bake for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
