Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites
Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites are bite-sized pockets of string cheese wrapped in pizza dough, brushed with herb butter, topped with pepperoni, and baked until golden and cheesy. They’re the perfect handheld snack or family-friendly appetizer.
- 8 string cheese sticks
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 roll 14 ounces refrigerated pizza crust
- 24 slices regular pepperoni
- Pizza sauce optional, for serving
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
Cut each string cheese stick into thirds. Set aside.
Combine oregano, garlic powder, and Parmesan in a small bowl.
Roll out pizza crust and cut into 24 equal pieces.
Place a cheese piece in each dough square. Roll up and place seam-side down on the sheet.
Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with the herb-Parmesan mix.
Press a pepperoni slice onto each dough ball.
Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and puffed. Keep an eye after 10 minutes.
Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
