Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza is a homemade pepperoni pizza with a golden crust stuffed full of melted mozzarella, baked until bubbly and crisp, and finished with simple seasonings for a family friendly meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 6 mozzarella string cheese sticks
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to four hundred twenty five degrees Fahrenheit and prepare pan or stone.
  • Roll dough into a twelve inch circle with thicker edges.
  • Place mozzarella sticks on edge, fold dough over, and seal tightly.
  • Spread sauce and cover with shredded mozzarella.
  • Add pepperoni evenly across the surface.
  • Brush crust, add seasonings, and bake fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • Rest five minutes, then slice and serve hot.
