- 1 pound pizza dough
- 6 mozzarella string cheese sticks
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to four hundred twenty five degrees Fahrenheit and prepare pan or stone.
Roll dough into a twelve inch circle with thicker edges.
Place mozzarella sticks on edge, fold dough over, and seal tightly.
Spread sauce and cover with shredded mozzarella.
Add pepperoni evenly across the surface.
Brush crust, add seasonings, and bake fifteen to twenty minutes.
Rest five minutes, then slice and serve hot.
