Roll pizza dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle on a floured surface, letting it rest if it resists stretching.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side and pinch edges to seal securely.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing to keep the filling set.
