Stuffed Cheesy Beef Bread

A savory baked bread filled with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, and layers of melted cheese, wrapped in golden pizza dough and finished with a flavorful topping.

Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese

For the Dough and Topping

  • 1 can pizza dough 13.8 oz
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground beef over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until browned, breaking it apart, then drain excess grease.
  • Mix cooked beef with bacon, seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and Velveeta while warm until slightly melted and combined.
  • Roll pizza dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle on a floured surface, letting it rest if it resists stretching.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long side and pinch edges to seal securely.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing to keep the filling set.
