Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls Recipe
Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls are creamy no-bake bites made with Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and strawberries, coated in white chocolate and sweet crumbs.
For the Oreo Balls:
- 1 package 14.3 oz Golden Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the Coating:
- 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white candy coating
- ½ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- ½ cup crushed Golden Oreos
Optional Toppings:
- Drizzle of melted pink or red candy melts
- Fresh strawberry pieces for decoration
- Sprinkles for festive occasions
Crush Oreos, save ½ cup, mix remaining with cream cheese, vanilla, and strawberries.
Roll into 1-inch balls, freeze 25–30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate, mix reserved crumbs with strawberries.
Dip balls in chocolate, roll in crumb mix.
Chill 1 hour, then serve.
