Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino
A creamy, frosty strawberry shortcake-inspired frappuccino made with fresh strawberry puree, milk, vanilla ice cream, and topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, and cookie crumbles.
For the Frappuccino Base
- 1 cup milk any type
- ¼ cup strawberry puree from fresh or frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup vanilla ice cream
- ¼ cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
For Topping
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries sliced
- Shortbread cookies crumbled (optional)
Blend ½ cup of fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain it if you want to remove the seeds.
Add milk, strawberry puree, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
If it’s too thick, add a little milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice or ice cream and blend again.
Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
Place strawberry slices on top and sprinkle shortbread cookie crumbs if you like.
Add a straw and enjoy it right away while it’s cold and creamy.
