Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino

A creamy, frosty strawberry shortcake-inspired frappuccino made with fresh strawberry puree, milk, vanilla ice cream, and topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, and cookie crumbles.

Ingredients
  

For the Frappuccino Base

  • 1 cup milk any type
  • ¼ cup strawberry puree from fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

For Topping

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries sliced
  • Shortbread cookies crumbled (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend ½ cup of fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain it if you want to remove the seeds.
  • Add milk, strawberry puree, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • If it’s too thick, add a little milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice or ice cream and blend again.
  • Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Place strawberry slices on top and sprinkle shortbread cookie crumbs if you like.
  • Add a straw and enjoy it right away while it’s cold and creamy.
