Strawberry Icebox Pie
Strawberry icebox pie is a refreshing, no-bake treat with a buttery graham cracker crust and a creamy, berry-filled filling. Sweet, tangy, and irresistibly light, it’s the ultimate dessert for warm days!
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 1 regular-size container of Cool Whip
- 1 can Strawberry Pie Filling
- 3½ tsps dry Strawberry Jello
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
In a large bowl, mix condensed milk and lemon juice until thickened.
Add the Strawberry Flavor: If using fresh strawberries, mix them with sugar and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the strawberry pie filling (or fresh strawberries) and dry strawberry Jello until combined.
Fold in the Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Avoid overmixing.
Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until firm. Slice and enjoy cold. Garnish with extra Cool Whip or fresh strawberries.
