Strawberry Earthquake Cake

The combo of fresh strawberries, cheesecake swirls, and white chocolate chips is simply irresistible.

Ingredients
  

Cake batter:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix plus ingredients listed on the box
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced

Cream cheese mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Make the strawberry cake mix as directed on the box and fold in diced fresh strawberries.
  • Pour into the baking dish.
  • Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool, garnish with fresh strawberries, serve and enjoy!
