Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos

Perfect for summer parties or quick treats, these tacos are a fun, crowd-pleasing dessert everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 small taco shells soft tortillas or dessert taco shells
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam inside each taco shell.
  • Fill each shell with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and crushed cookies.
  • Garnish tacos with extra strawberries and cookie crumbs.
  • Serve immediately to maintain the crispness of the shells.
