Strawberry Crunch Banana Pudding
With layers of creamy vanilla pudding, sweet bananas, juicy strawberries, and crunchy cookies, it’s a perfect treat for summer gatherings.
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 3.4 oz
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 2 ripe bananas chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 cup crushed gold Oreos vanilla cookies, or wafers
- 1 cup strawberry crunch topping freeze-dried strawberry pieces and cookie crumbs mixture
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
Refrigerate the pudding for 5 minutes to set.
Gently fold whipped cream into the pudding until fluffy, being careful not to overmix.
In a serving dish or individual cups, layer pudding, bananas, strawberries, and crushed vanilla wafers.
Repeat layering until the dish is full, finishing with a final layer of pudding.
Top with strawberry crunch topping and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra banana and strawberry slices.
