- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 8 oz light cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sweetener (or regular powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups light whipped topping
- 1½ cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar-free syrup (optional)
- 20–24 vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)

Whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk in a bowl for 2 minutes until smooth and thick. Fold in sliced bananas and set aside.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sweetener and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping or Greek yogurt until light and fluffy.
Toss sliced strawberries with honey or sugar-free syrup to enhance their natural sweetness. Set aside.
Place vanilla wafers at the bottom of your dish or jars. Add half of the banana pudding, then spread half of the cheesecake layer on top.
Add half the strawberries. Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding, cheesecake, and strawberries.
Spread a layer of whipped topping over the final layer. Garnish with banana and strawberry slices. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours or overnight to let the dessert set.
