Strawberry Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cups

A layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling, vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, bananas, and crunchy cookie crumbs served in individual cups.

Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream

For the Pudding Layer

  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • cups cold milk

For the Layers

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

Optional Toppings

  • Extra whipped cream
  • Strawberry slices
  • Banana slices
  • White chocolate shavings
  • Crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy. Set aside.
  • Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick, then let it sit briefly to set.
  • Wash and chop strawberries and slice bananas, preparing the bananas just before assembling.
  • Layer crushed vanilla wafers, cheesecake filling, vanilla pudding, bananas, and strawberries in dessert cups, repeating until full.
  • Top with whipped cream, strawberry slices, banana slices, and crushed cookies.
  • Refrigerate 1–2 hours so the layers set and flavors blend.
