Spaghetti Grilled Cheese Melt
This Spaghetti Grilled Cheese Melt combines garlicky Parmesan bread, gooey mozzarella, and saucy spaghetti in a golden, crisp sandwich that’s both satisfying and fun.
Garlic Bread
- 2 slices soft Italian bread
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- ½ teaspoon fresh basil finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese finely grated
Filling
- ½ cup Bolognese sauce prepared
- 1 cup angel hair pasta cooked
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
Mix butter, garlic, and basil. Spread on one side of each bread slice. Press in Parmesan.
Boil salted water, cook angel hair until al dente, then drain.
Toss hot pasta with Bolognese sauce until coated.
Place one slice butter-side down, add 3 mozzarella slices, pasta, then more mozzarella. Top with second bread slice, butter-side up.
Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat, covered, for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and melty.
