Spaghetti Grilled Cheese
Spaghetti Grilled Cheese blends garlic-buttered Italian bread, melty mozzarella, and Bolognese-coated pasta into one golden, flavor-packed sandwich.
For the Garlic Bread
- 2 slices soft Italian bread
- 1 tablespoon butter softened to room temperature
- ½ teaspoon fresh basil finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese finely grated
For the Filling
- ½ cup prepared Bolognese sauce
- 1 cup angel hair pasta cooked
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
Mix garlic, basil, and softened butter. Spread on one side of each bread slice, then press Parmesan onto the buttered sides.
Boil salted water, cook angel hair pasta for 2–3 minutes until al dente, then drain.
Toss hot pasta with Bolognese sauce until evenly coated.
Place one bread slice butter-side down in a skillet. Add 3 mozzarella slices, pasta, then remaining cheese. Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
Heat skillet over medium-low. Cover and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
