Protein Banana Oat Breakfast Squares are a wholesome baked breakfast made with ripe bananas, cottage cheese, rolled oats, and eggs. Naturally sweet and rich in protein and fiber, these squares provide steady energy and work perfectly for busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish.
  • Whisk eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and cottage cheese until creamy.
  • Mash bananas and stir into the mixture.
  • Fold in rolled oats and baking powder until combined.
  • Pour batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is set.
  • Cool 5–10 minutes, slice into squares, and serve.
