Soft Cinnamon Roll Bites

Cinnamon Roll Bites are soft, fluffy mini cinnamon rolls baked until golden and drizzled with sweet vanilla glaze. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • teaspoons instant yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg

For the Cinnamon Filling

  • cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg optional
  • Pinch of salt

For the Vanilla Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional 1 tablespoon cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix warm milk, sugar, yeast; rest 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add butter, egg, salt, flour; knead 6–8 minutes until smooth.
  • Cover and let dough rise 45–60 minutes until doubled.
  • Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.
  • Roll dough 12×16 inches; spread butter and sprinkle filling.
  • Roll log; slice 1 inch, then halve pieces.
  • Place in dish; rise 20 minutes.
  • Bake 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 minutes.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, vanilla for glaze.
  • Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
