Snickers Fudge
Love Snickers bars? Crave fudge? This quick, easy recipe blends creamy chocolate, peanut butter, and gooey caramel into an indulgent treat.
For the fudge:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Snickers layer:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Microwave chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in 1-min intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk in a separate bowl until creamy.
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Spread half the fudge evenly in the pan.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the fudge. Add chopped peanuts and drizzle caramel sauce.
Pour the remaining fudge over the Snickers layer and smooth the top.
Chill in the fridge for 4 hrs. Cut into squares and enjoy!
