S'mores Sushi

S’mores Sushi is a fun, no-bake dessert that turns classic s’mores ingredients—marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers—into bite-sized rolls. Perfect for parties, family nights, or any occasion where you want to impress with something simple yet unforgettable.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in mini marshmallows and melt until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Let it cool slightly for easier handling.
  • Lay parchment paper and spread the mixture into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle. Press flat with a spatula or greased hands.
  • Spread marshmallow Fluff evenly over the mixture. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the Fluff, pressing gently to stick.
  • Use the parchment paper to roll the mixture tightly, pressing gently if it cracks.
  • Cut the roll into 1-inch slices, wiping the knife between cuts for clean edges. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the slices. Let cool or serve immediately.
