Smashed Brioche Grilled Cheese

Packed with three types of cheese and savory salami, this recipe will have you craving more after just one bite!

Ingredients
  

  • Brioche burger buns
  • 3 slices of Muenster cheese
  • Salami optional
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice the brioche burger bun in half and layer three slices of Muenster cheese (and salami if using) inside.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Butter the outside of the sandwich and place it in the pan.
  • Smash the sandwich down with a heavy object, like a sauce pot or a water bottle. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the sandwich and cook for another 5 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the pan, slice, and enjoy the cheesy, crispy goodness.
