Slow-Cooker Sausage, Potatoes, And Cabbage

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz sausages such as kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced
  • 5 potatoes chopped and peeled
  • 5 cups of cabbage
  • 1.5 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 white onion sliced
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Brown the sausage in skillet.
  • Step 2: Layer the sliced kielbasa, peeled and diced potatoes, cabbage, and sliced onion in your slow cooker.
  • Step 3: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  • Step 4: Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  • Step 5: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
