Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes

These Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes are tender, flavorful, and easy to make. With simple ingredients, this hearty side dish is perfect for any meal, letting your slow cooker do all the work!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs small red or Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional for color)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, mix the potatoes with Lipton Onion Soup Mix, olive oil, melted butter, garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or olive oil. Add the seasoned potatoes and spread them out evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until tender. Stir once or twice to prevent sticking.
  • Stir the potatoes to redistribute the seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
