Peel and dice potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Add garlic in the last minute.
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire. Simmer on low for 5–8 minutes until thick.
Add potatoes to the skillet and stir well. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Broil for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
