Sloppy Joe Potato Skillet

This Sloppy Joe Potato Skillet blends crispy air-fried potatoes with saucy seasoned ground beef and melty cheddar for a one-pan comfort meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 5 small to medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion chopped

Sauces & Seasonings:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 –2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Potato Seasoning:

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Add garlic in the last minute.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire. Simmer on low for 5–8 minutes until thick.
  • Add potatoes to the skillet and stir well. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
