Ingredients
  

The Bruschetta

  • 4 ripe Roma tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

The Bread

  • 1 baguette sliced into ½ inch rounds
  • 1 garlic clove for rubbing

The Wreath Assembly

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Optional: grated Parmesan or fresh mozzarella pearls

Instructions
 

  • Toast baguette slices 5–7 minutes at 375°F (190°C), then rub with garlic.
  • Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper; let sit 10 minutes.
  • Arrange bread in a circle and spoon tomato mixture on each slice.
  • Garnish with rosemary and sprinkle Parmesan or mozzarella.
  • Serve immediately to keep the bread crisp.
