Shrimp Scampi (Red Lobster Copycat)

It’s a seafood lover’s dream, full of rich flavors and perfect for a restaurant-style meal at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine Chardonnay recommended
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add wine and lemon juice, reduce by half, then add Italian seasoning.
  • Lower heat, stir in butter until melted and smooth.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan on top, let it melt slightly, then serve and enjoy!
