Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
Add wine and lemon juice, reduce by half, then add Italian seasoning.
Lower heat, stir in butter until melted and smooth.
Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top, let it melt slightly, then serve and enjoy!
