Shimmering Bear Punch
Shimmering Bear Punch is a fun, sparkling cocktail featuring vodka, blue curaçao, white cranberry juice, and edible shimmer dust, topped with playful gummy bears for a festive, colorful touch.
- 2 cups vodka
- 1 cup blue curaçao
- 2 cups white cranberry juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup honey syrup equal parts honey and hot water, cooled
- 4 cups sparkling water
- Ice
- 1 tsp edible shimmer dust silver or gold
- Gummy bears preferably clear or light-colored
- Lemon wheels for garnish
In a large punch bowl, combine vodka, blue curaçao, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Stir until fully blended.
Fill the punch bowl with a generous amount of ice to keep it cold and refreshing.
Right before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to keep the bubbles intact.
Sprinkle edible shimmer dust over the top and stir lightly to create a swirling, sparkling effect.
Float a handful of gummy bears on the surface. They’ll soak up the punch and turn into sweet, boozy treats.
Arrange lemon wheels around the bowl. Ladle punch into glasses filled with ice, adding a few gummy bears to each. Garnish with extra gummy bears on cocktail picks and stir occasionally to keep the shimmer flowing.
