Sheet Pan Caramel Apples
Crisp apple slices layered on a sheet pan, drizzled with caramel and melted chocolate, then topped with nuts, marshmallows, and a sprinkle of sea salt — the easiest, no-stick version of a fall classic.
- 4 large apples sliced into thin wedges
- 250 ml caramel sauce
- 85 g chocolate chips melted
Toppings
- 40 g chopped peanuts or other preferred nuts
- 15 g mini marshmallows
- 15 g sprinkles optional
- 20 g crushed graham crackers optional
- 1 g sea salt optional, for garnish
Wash and dry the apples, then slice into thin wedges and arrange in a single, slightly overlapping layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
Warm the caramel sauce in the microwave for 15–20 seconds until pourable, then drizzle evenly over the apples.
Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, and drizzle over the caramel-coated slices.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, and crushed graham crackers on top, letting everyone customize their section.
Let the caramel and chocolate set for a few minutes, finish with a pinch of sea salt if desired, and serve while still soft and gooey.
