Shamrock Shake Dessert Lasagna
Shamrock Shake Dessert Lasagna is a no-bake treat with layers of crunchy Oreo crust, creamy mint pudding, and fluffy whipped topping, finished with chocolate chips and festive sprinkles.
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 6 tbsps melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ tsp mint extract
- Green food coloring
- Chocolate chips and green sprinkles
Make the Crust: Crush Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9x13-inch dish. Chill to set.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
Make the Mint Pudding: Whisk pudding mix, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Add the Topping: Smooth the remaining whipped topping over the pudding. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and green sprinkles.
