- 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsps sugar
- Salt and pepper
Layer the Salad: In a large clear bowl, layer iceberg lettuce first, followed by cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, eggs, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
