Teriyaki Beef And Avocado Rice Stack is a layered dish made with tender beef coated in teriyaki sauce, fluffy rice, and creamy avocado, finished with fresh toppings for a balanced and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce store bought or homemade
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or sushi rice
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef thinly, season, and cook in a hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  • Simmer teriyaki sauce in the same pan for 3 to 5 minutes, return beef, and toss until coated.
  • Mash avocados lightly with salt and a little lime juice, keeping some texture.
  • Reheat rice until warm and slightly sticky.
  • Layer rice, teriyaki beef, and avocado on a plate or in a serving ring.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve immediately.
