Savory Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Savory Cheeseburger Egg Rolls deliver a fun mix of seasoned beef, melted cheese, and pickles wrapped in a golden shell, perfect for quick dinners, parties, or family snacking.
For the Filling
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
- Optional: bacon crumbles jalapeños, or caramelized onions
For the Egg Rolls
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying or air frying
For the Dipping Sauce (Burger Sauce)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned; drain fat and season with Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Mix the warm beef with shredded cheddar and chopped pickles; let cool slightly if too loose.
Fill egg roll wrappers with 2–3 tablespoons of beef mixture and roll tightly, sealing with beaten egg.
Fry at 350°F for 3–4 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
Whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and smoked paprika to make the dipping sauce.
Serve the hot egg rolls with the sauce and enjoy while crispy.
