Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
Brown ground beef 6–8 minutes, drain fat, stir in bacon, ketchup, mustard, and cheddar until melted.
Roll crescent dough, seal seams, cut into 2×3 inch rectangles.
Add filling, fold sides, roll tightly seam side down.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
Brush rolls with garlic butter and place on sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
Cool 2 minutes and serve with ketchup or mustard.
