Savory Buttery Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are soft crescent rolls stuffed with cheesy beef and bacon filling, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 lb ground beef 85 percent lean
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Brown ground beef 6–8 minutes, drain fat, stir in bacon, ketchup, mustard, and cheddar until melted.
  • Roll crescent dough, seal seams, cut into 2×3 inch rectangles.
  • Add filling, fold sides, roll tightly seam side down.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  • Brush rolls with garlic butter and place on sheet.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  • Cool 2 minutes and serve with ketchup or mustard.
