Savory Breakfast Sliders Bacon Sausage

Savory breakfast sliders stacked with crispy bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls, topped with buttery maple glaze and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bacon diced
  • ½ pound breakfast sausage
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 6 –8 slices American cheese

For Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons butter divided
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • Everything bagel seasoning optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Crisp diced bacon in a skillet, then cook sausage in the same pan. Set both aside.
  • Whisk eggs with cream and salt. Cook in butter over medium heat until softly scrambled.
  • Halve the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place bottoms on the baking sheet.
  • Layer eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese on the roll bottoms. Add tops.
  • Mix melted butter and maple syrup. Brush on tops and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and cheese is melted. Cover with foil if needed.
  • Cut into sliders and serve warm with sauce or syrup.
