Sausage Cheese Dip

- 12 oz Italian sausage
- ½ cup onion diced
- 8 oz processed cheese block such as Velveeta cubed
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage and diced onion until fully cooked and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Add cubed processed cheese and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously over medium heat until melted and smooth.
Whisk in dry mustard powder, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
Stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese until fully melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the hot dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crostini, or your favorite dippers.
