Sausage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Italian sausage
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • 8 oz processed cheese block such as Velveeta cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage and diced onion until fully cooked and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  • Add cubed processed cheese and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  • Whisk in dry mustard powder, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  • Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
  • Stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese until fully melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the hot dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crostini, or your favorite dippers.
