Roasted Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese

A bold and spicy twist on a classic grilled cheese! This Roasted Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese combines smoky roasted jalapeños, creamy cheeses, and crispy, buttery bread for a mouthwatering bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 butter
  • 2 cream cheese
  • ¼ shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 roasted jalapeños
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast the Jalapeños: Char jalapeños over an open flame or under a broiler until blistered. Let them cool, then peel, remove seeds, and chop.
  • Make the Cheese Mixture: Mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Spread the cheese mixture on one slice of bread, top with chopped jalapeños, and place the second slice on top.
  • Toast to Perfection: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and melty.
