Roasted Baby Potatoes With Rosemary And Garlic
This easy dish is perfect as a side or a snack. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, you’ll have an irresistible treat for any meal!
- 500 g baby potatoes
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 6-7 garlic cloves crushed
- 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Halve them if they’re large.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Coat the potatoes evenly with the seasoning mix.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes.
Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
