Roast Beef And Cheddar Sliders
Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are loaded with thin-sliced beef, tangy sauce, creamy cheese, and a golden, buttery topping, all baked into one irresistible mini sandwich.
- 1 package 12 count Hawaiian rolls
- 12 ounces deli roast beef thinly sliced
- ½ cup Arby’s original sauce or barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Keep them connected if possible.
Place the bottom rolls on the baking sheet and layer the roast beef evenly.
Spoon Arby’s or BBQ sauce over the meat. Spread cheddar cheese sauce over the top.
Put the top rolls back on and press gently.
Combine melted butter with garlic and onion powder.
Brush the butter mix over the rolls and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden and melty. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
