Roast Beef And Cheddar Sliders

Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are loaded with thin-sliced beef, tangy sauce, creamy cheese, and a golden, buttery topping, all baked into one irresistible mini sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Arby’s original sauce or barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Keep them connected if possible.
  • Place the bottom rolls on the baking sheet and layer the roast beef evenly.
  • Spoon Arby’s or BBQ sauce over the meat. Spread cheddar cheese sauce over the top.
  • Put the top rolls back on and press gently.
  • Combine melted butter with garlic and onion powder.
  • Brush the butter mix over the rolls and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden and melty. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
