Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches
Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches are bite-sized snacks made with buttery crackers and a creamy cheese filling, chilled until set and ready for gatherings, potlucks, or quick appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese finely shredded
- ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper finely diced
Optional Add-Ins
- A pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika
- Crumbled bacon or finely diced jalapeño
- Chopped fresh herbs such as parsley or dill
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese with cheddar, green onions, and red bell pepper until smooth, adding any optional seasonings as desired.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of filling onto half the Ritz crackers, top with remaining crackers, and press gently to form sandwiches.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes, then serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
